​Beibei Fan started her own consulting business based in Singapore and London in 2020. Growing up in Beijing, and with over 15 years of work experience in Asia for both Chinese SOEs and global corporations as a senior executive, an innovator, and a industry leader, Fan has a deep understanding of Western business culture and extensive experience bridging communication and cultural gaps between Chinese companies, government bodies, and headquarters in the US, EU, and UK.

Over the years, she has also built a strong international network of policymakers, investors, and business executives across Europe and Asia, enabling her to support Chinese companies expanding overseas.
Her clients include top music labels, a European luxury goods producer, a tier-1 sovereign wealth fund, a UK-based hedge fund, as well as Chinese biotech and advanced infrastructure companies.
