Beibei Fan started her own consulting business based in Singapore and London in 2020. Growing up in Beijing, and with over 15 years of work experience in China for both SOEs and global corporations as a senior executive, an innovator, and a leader in the industry, Fan has a deep understanding of western business culture and is very experienced in bridging the communications and culture gaps between Chinese companies, government and headquarters in the US, EU, and UK through her managing director role.
